Fascinated by Computer Science, she attached this passion to gender studies by opening a computer coding camp for elementary school girls. In order to build her high school community, she started over five new clubs. Not only that, she even taught herself AP Physics (and got a 5!).
對計算機科學有濃厚興趣的她,結合了對於女性主義的熱情,並成立了專為小學女生設計的電腦程式營隊。在高中時期更是積極的創立了5個社團,充分展現她的領導能力及創新的思維。當然,彭同學的學業成績一向優異,甚至自修AP物理學並得到滿分。
